WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Mailed Returns are accepted for a full refund in the original form of payment up to 30 days after your order is delivered. In-Store Returns are accepted for a full refund in the original form of payment up to 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please fill out the quick return form and we will email you a prepaid USPS return label. We offer FREE returns on ALL orders. Refunds will be processed within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). Items received as gifts will be given as an online or store credit. Credits do not expire.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders shipped via ground shipping typically are shipped within 1-5 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days after shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

WHAT IF I ENTER INCORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If an incorrect address what entered and your order has not shipped, we can adjust your shipping address. If your order has shipped, we will try to reroute your package. Additional USPS or UPS fees may apply.
